CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hours to cancel or rescheduled. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be transferred to a new reschedule appointment IF you cancel within the 24 hours of appointment time only. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charge 50% of book service, if you cancel same day you will be charge 75%, No-show will be charge 100% of service booked. If for any reason the payment dose not go through or you no-show twice you will be banned from booking with me. I do understand that things in life happens and I'm willing to accommodate if you reach out to me ahead of time. "When you cancel last minute I do not have enough time to fill your spot therefore my time is wasted and I am missing out on money." You are given a 10 minute grace period, if you are 15 minute late that is a $25 late fee and that's IF I am able to squeeze you in. Anything after 15 minutes will be cancelled and charged as No-show fee. No extra Guest allow. No FOOD allow. Minors has to be accompanied by an Adult. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT!
